Mission

To realize this vision, the Panchayat focuses its efforts on the following key areas:

• Agriculture: Providing the necessary infrastructure to boost the production of cash crops like cardamom and pepper, while ensuring farmers receive fair and deserving prices for their produce.

• Education & Health: Ensuring access to high-quality educational facilities and superior healthcare services for all sections of society.

• Infrastructure Development: Achieving comprehensive rural progress by ensuring excellent roads, reliable drinking water projects, and stable electricity.

• Women Empowerment: Implementing projects aimed at the economic and social growth of women through the Kudumbashree network.

• Environmental Protection: Undertaking construction activities resilient to natural disasters and initiatives dedicated to preserving the biodiversity of the Western Ghats.
